One Medium Suitcase Please

1. My Class Ring- I don't go anywhere without it and if I do go somewhere without it I feel really weird.
2. Cross necklace- My grandma gave it to me and it's really special.
3. Before I Fall- Really great book and I could read it over and over and it would never get old.
4. My weatherly bracelet- It's the only thing I have left of him.
5. My notebooks- I draw and write in them all of the time when I get bored.
6. Pencil case- I can't draw/write without pencils!!     
7. My favorite hoodie- It's really comfortable and I sleep in it.
8. Socks- My feet get cold all of the time.
9. My purple, green, and blue blanket- My babysitter's daughter gave it to me when I was little and It's really soft and cuddly.
10. My glasses- I can't sleep in my contacts so I'd have to take my glasses so I could see. :)                              

Yellow Star

1. Receiving my Greenhand Degree in FFA: Receiving this made me feel accomplished and like I was one step closer to fitting in with the rest of the "blue jackets".
2. Receiving my Chapter degree in FFA: Getting this made me feel like I was yet another step closer to being accomplished and another step closer to being
3. Receiving a Chapter scholarship in FFA: I had no clue I was getting this until after they called my name on stage to receive it. It made me feel important and special that they picked me to get this.
4. Getting 2nd in Dairy Showmanship in Districts: This was my first time EVER showing anything. It made me feel like people were actually watching me(because they were). I was surprised to get 2nd, right behind someone who has been showing since she was little.
5. Going off the high dive for the first time: Jumping off of the high dive at the water park for the first time made me get over my fear of heights
6. Got drivers license: Having my drivers license makes me feel responsible. I feel like I'm one step closer to being an adult. :)(:
7. Making the volleyball team: Last year they made cuts on the team. I was so scared and worked my booty off EVERYDAY for my spot on the team and making it made me feel like all of my hard work and dedication got paid off.
8. Making the dance team in 2nd grade: I've always loved to dance and being able to do that when I was little made me feel like I was one step closer to "my dream"
9. Birth of the Twins: April 7th, 2005 changed my life FOREVER. My mom had twin girls and I was finally a big sister. :)  I love kids and always have but I had always wanted little siblings to call mine. I LOVE THESE GIRLS WITH ALL  OF MY HEART <3
10. Going to National Convention: This was a wonderful experience for me. I met a lot of new people who are some of my best friends today. Going to convention made me step out of my comfort zone.

Valuable Lessons

1. Stand up for yourself- Don't let others make up stuff about you or put impressions in peoples minds of you. Let people know that you're here to stay!! If someone talks about you behind your back, confront them. Don't let them be in control. Don't yell at them but go up to them and talk
2. Make decisions for yourself- If you make a decision about your life based on someone else you aren't going to be happy with yourself and in the long run you will regret it.
3. Pay attention in school- Pay attention and put in extra work in every class if you don't it will come back and bite you in the butt.
4. Don't procrastinate- Don't put things off until last minute. Do it as soon as you can. You will have more free/fun time in the end.
5. NEVER go to bed mad at someone- You never know when someone is going to go to bed and never wake up again. Don't go to bed mad at them. Let them know what you truly think of them.
6. Don't judge a book by its cover- Something might be ugly on the outside but an amazing person on the inside or a beautiful person on the outside and cruel/mean on the inside.
7. Go all out- Do everything to the best of your ability!! You never know it could end up helping you later on in life.
8. Don't give into PEER PRESSURE!!!-Only you know the real you and what you can deal with. Don't let some teenager make you do something you are going to regret later on in life.
9. Don't go though your teenage years being alone, put yourself out there and HAVE FUN!!!!- You're only a teen once. Don't let your years fly by while you sit on the couch and do nothing. hang out with your friends as much as you can because before you know it they'll be gone and all grown up.
10. BE YOURSELF!!!-Only you know the real you!! It's your job to show YOU to everyone.

8. When people judge others-  Not one of us is the same. If you're going to judge on person, judge them all!!! (I'd prefer you not though..:))
9. When people over dramatize things- Just tell it as it is. It doesn't make you any cooler to dramatize everything.

11. Two Faced people!- They say they're best friends with someone then 2 seconds later talk behind their backs.... NUHH-UH!!! NOT COOL!!!
